Just wanted to take a couple of minutes to recognize and thank Chris Burdge and BWest for all their hard work and advice over the past couple of years.
We are an IT Managed Services Provider and IT Security service provider. We are good at it because this is what we focus on and do every day. We are not good at social media, web sites, web marketing, and generally telling our own story on line. We realized we need expert help and outsourced this to Chris and his team. He has set up our web site, Twitter account, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Chris and his team manage this all for us and monitor it daily tweaking it as needed to make sure we are relevant and those who need our services can find us.
Our web traffic alone has gone up over 449% compared to the same time last year. We could not have done this without Chris and his team. I especially love the fact that I can tell him, in layman's terms, what I am thinking and he seems to know how to translate that into something meaningful on our website and other social media feeds.
We do like to write our own blogs so that they are based on our actual experience. Chris is able to take those, edit them, and get them up on our website, while making them sound and look great.
