Moss Healthcare is a Victoria BC based Wellness Clinic that includes dentists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, aestheticians, counsellors and more.
The wellness industry is highly competitive, with success based largely on a combination of generating local awareness, attracting new clientele and harnessing consumer loyalty with improved messaging and processes. Because people seeking wellness services have so many options it can be difficult to stand out, attract customers and drive bookings.
Moss Healthcare turned to bWEST to turn things around for them and generate serious growth in their customer base.
We started with a branding exercise to translate Moss Healthcare’s passion for health care into every company touch point. Once we nailed the essence of the brand we:
- designed a new logo
- designed and built a new website
- implemented a content marketing strategy, social media
- executed email marketing campaigns to increase conversion rates (bookings).
Over the last two years we continued to manage the content marketing campaign including blog posts, social media, and monthly email newsletters, as well as paid search and Facebook advertising
We created highly specialized, SEO optimized “Power Pages” that ranked high for competitive search phrases, in this case we captured the top position on Page 1. This drove traffic, and increased the authority of the website. As a product of this content, all pages on the site began ranking better within the search engines.
Over a two-year period our strategy built and improved each month attracting qualified online searchers. Those searchers were nurtured and then converted into clients via social media and e-newsletters. The return on investment (ROI) is calculated at over 218%.
