bWEST is working with Netcetera, an award winning, Vancouver BC based provider of computer technology services and Datto partner since 1999.

The Challenge

The managed IT services industry is highly competitive, with success based largely on a combination generating qualified leads and acquiring new clients.

A combination of effective search engine optimization and online marketing campaigns can attract and drive qualified traffic to a website by targeting the right audience.

Wanting to generate some real results, Netcetera turned to bWEST.

The Solution

Starting with a new responsive website as the foundation, we developed an online marketing strategy consisting of:

  • content marketing – monthly long form articles
  • search engine optimization
  • social media marketing
  • lead generation

Over the last two years we continued managing the content marketing campaign including blog posts, social media, and monthly email newsletters, and paid search advertising.

The Results

Over a three-year period the ongoing content marketing and SEO strategy has improved every month attracting qualified online searchers, which were converted into qualified lead and ultimately clients. Qualified traffic to the website has increased 449% year-over-year.

We are an IT Managed Services Provider and IT Security service provider. We are good at IT because this is what we focus on and do every day. We are not good at social media, web sites, web marketing, and generally telling our own story online.

We do like to write our own blogs posts so that they are based on our actual experience.
