It’s typical of how most of us go about researching new purchases from our initial Google search to asking friends on social media. Equally important is what happens after that purchase. That is where most businesses call it a day and think their work is done. Exceptional companies will take that opportunity to encourage and make it easier for new customers to let the world know about their new purchase and demonstrate their brand loyalty.
