Social Media for Gardeners (@ Glendale Gardens)
Join us for a 3-hour hands-on social media workshop and a tour of the gorgeous Glendale Gardens. After completing this workshop you will understandwhat social media is, be able to use it effectively and know how to:
Set-up a blog and start blogging
Upload photos and video to your blog or Facebook
Create social media profiles like Twitter and Flickr
Part of the session includes going into the gardens to take photographs and video so bring your camera or video camera and wear comfortable clothing. Your pictures will be used to practice posting to your social media and/or blogs.
