Google Business Photos – See Inside

Chris Burdge - Nov 28th, 2012

Nautical Nellies - See InsideMost businesses have a great website and Google+ Local page(s).

Google Business Photos gives you a new interactive angle. As you know, more potential customers are searching out businesses on their mobile, tablet or laptop using Google Search and Maps.

From the initial search results, Google Business Photos entices customers to click on your “See Inside/Outside” images. You stand out from the crowd right away and gain a competitive advantage by adding this service early.

Once you have the interactive 360 degree virtual tour added to your Google Maps Local page, customers will be able to walk around your business from outside the store front, into the interior and back again, all using the familiar Google StreetView interface.

Special Offer

The cost of this service starts at $350, depending on the physical size of your business. This includes the photo shoot, post production work and publishing to your Google+ Local Page.

Until December 15th companies that *register for your Google Business Photo will receive:

  • a free copy of “The $100 StartUp” by Chris Guillebeau
  • bWEST will set-up your Google Places “PIN” (if you don’t already have one) and;
  • your business will also be featured on the bWEST blog and Facebook page

This is super cool. I can only image that businesses that get this done early would be able to take advantage of some viral traffic.

I would totally use this to scope out the best seat in a restaurant that I had never been to before.
