Balancing Your Social Networks

Recently I was invited to make a keynote presentation to an organization called BC HEAP (BC Health and Education Administration Professionals) on the topic of "balancing your social networks". 

I also want to give a big thank-you to the organization for their forward thinking in having me come in to talk about something as new and unknown as social media. And for challenging me to focus the discussion on finding a balance, which can be an issue when using social networks.  

Thanks also to those that attended the seminar. I hope you were able to take something useful away with you. I appreciated the interactive nature of the session and really enjoyed talking to some of you afterwards.
