Everything from targeted campaigns to triggered email, life cycle, click-stream and transactional emails, I’ve seen it all. From lists as small as 100 to well over 1,000,000 in English, Japanese and a few other languages.
It doesn’t take much to get me to make the trip to Tofino. So when I got the call from the Tofino Long Beach Chamber of Commerce to come up and do an encore presentation of my Social Media Workshop (from August), I was only too happy.
It also gave me a chance to break in our new mini-van on the twisties, yeehaa…
So last week the odyssey began, starting with… yes, of course, our good friend Google. Mr. Google lead us to a few dealer pages, followed by reviews, comparisons, testimonials, etc. We narrowed our choices down and then set out to hit our first dealership.
The last few weeks have been pretty hectic with Social Media Camp happening which seemed to have as many things needing to be done after the camp as before, who knew.
On the eve, of the eve, of Social Media Camp (SMCV10), I decided to do a video review of Scott Stratten’s latest book, UnMarketing. Scott is the keynote speaker at SMCV10.
And since it was such a warm fall evening, I shot the video in my backyard, which is much nicer than my office.
